"Package showed up in great shape"
My order from Art Naturals arrived looking totally fine, no crushed box or anything weird. Everything inside was packed snug, and nothing leaked, which I always appreciate. It’s a small thing, but it definitely makes a difference. Happy with how it showed up

I emailed support about my order and waited days — and still didn’t really get a clear answer. I ended up having to follow up again, but even then, they weren’t much help. It was frustrating, I just needed a simple update.

"I really wanted this to work for me"
I was hoping I’d love this, but it just didn’t agree with me. After using it, my face felt dry and my hair ended up feeling kind of greasy, which made me wonder if I was doing something wrong. I kept wanting to give it another chance, but I just didn’t feel great about the results.

I kind of bought it on a whim because the ingredients looked clean enough at first glance. Overall, it made me feel safe using it, but I definitely wish the labels were a little clearer so I didn’t have to second-guess anything

I ordered a few oils and, the scents weren’t too far off from what I was expecting. The lavender was really close, and the eucalyptus was maybe a little softer than I’m used to. I can’t say I wasn’t happy with them overall, but they weren’t completely perfect either.

"Still waiting for my refund"
I sent my order back a few weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. To be fair, support has responded when I’ve reached out, but they just keep saying they’ll look into it and then nothing really changes. It’s been frustrating, i don’t think I’d order from here again.

"Got here sooner than I thought"
I ordered from artnaturals.com last week while I was making coffee and trying to remember what all I was out of, and I was expecting it to take a little longer. They sent the tracking email the same day, which was nice because I always end up checking those way too much. The package showed up in about 4 days, and even though the box had a small dent on one side, everything inside was fine and nothing leaked. Overall, I was happy with how quick the shipping was.

"So the quality just isn’t what it used to be"
so this just didn’t feel like the same quality as before. It felt kind of cheap, and I was disappointed

"Decent stuff, maybe a little pricey"
I ordered a few things from artnaturals and overall they were okay. Nothing showed up damaged, the packaging was totally fine, and shipping took about as long as I expected, so no complaints there.

I did think the prices were a bit high for what I got, or at least I was expecting the products to feel a little more special. Some of them worked fine though, so I don’t want to make it sound like they were bad. I just feel like I might be able to find similar items for less elsewhere

"Pretty good overall, just one mix-up"
In my experience, my order from artnaturals showed up quickly, and almost everything was right. The only issue was that one bottle came in the wrong scent, which wasn’t a huge problem for me, but it was still a little annoying. The packaging seemed fine, and overall I’d probably order from them again. I’d just hope they double-check the items a bit more next time.
